The Prevailing Winds
The Prevailing Winds Woodwind Quintet is one of the premiere chamber groups in Utah.
The group has performed for the Utah Arts Festival, KUER Radio, The Salt Lake Arts Council's
"Brown Bag Series", KTVX television's "Good Morning Utah",
and have been selected to be part of the Utah Performing Arts
Tour.
Members of The Prevailing Winds have performed with ensembles such
as The Utah Symphony, The Los Angeles Solo Repertory Orchestra, Ballet West,
and The Orchestra at Temple Square.
The Prevailing Winds
perform at many schools throughout Utah each school
year. These concerts are presented in conjunction with
ARTS Inc.
The Prevailing Winds are highly sought after to perform for private
events, such as weddings, private parties, school clinics and concerts.
