For Saxophone :               

Lennie Niehaus - Basic Jazz Conception for Saxophone, Jamey Aebersold - All Play-a-long Methods (particularly Volume 54 "Maiden Voyage" for beginners), Klose - Daily Exercises for Saxophone, Charlie Parker Omnibook, Bob Mintzer - 14 Blues and Funk Etudes, many fake books - including the Real Book (fifth edition)
